Prompt:“Colonello is cursed, the only way to save them is through true loves kiss but since that didn't work they turn to magical troubleshooter the Vongola Tenth Generation”

“Are you absolutely sure you’re in love?”
“Yes!” if Colonello had hands he would be tearing his hair out. Instead he just flaps his wings and walks back and forth on the perch the Vongola had thoughtfully provided.
“Are you sure your girlfriend is in love with you?” the Rain guardian asks, leaning over the chair where the Vongola Decimo sits. Colonello squawks in rage, and he raises his hands up in apology.
“No, they are definitely in love,” Sawada Tsunayoshi says, his eyes glowing amber with the famous Vongola flame burning on his head. The flame fizzles out and he gives Colonello an apologetic look. “Sorry, it’s just that it has happened before. If one of you wasn’t in love then the kiss wouldn’t work, but that’s not the case here.”
Colonello bristles, his neck feathers puffing up in indignation as the Storm Guardian waves an odd looking wand over him and Lal Mirch.
“So what else could be the problem?” he deflates as Lal steps closer to him, taking over the conversation with her usual cool and demanding demeanor.
“We are running the tests now,” the Decimo says with a nod to the Storm Guardian, who is tapping away at his laptop, which is somehow connected to the wand he used before. “Usually it really is a case of one lover falling out of love or discovering that their feelings aren’t as strong as they first believe,” he says apologetically.
Colonello huffs and gives into the urge to preen himself when the Lightning Guardian steps into the room, carrying three oversized books.
“Give them here, cow, I need to look up cross linkages between-“ the Storm Guardian mumbles as he grabs one of the books, flipping through the pages as the Lightning Guardian rolls his eyes and sits on the arm of Sawada’s chair.
Three minutes later, right as Colonello starts getting antsy the Storm Guardian shouts in triumph, printing out a page to hand to his boss.
“Well?” Colonello asks, digging his talons into the wood. Sawada reads through the paper, his eyes flicking up to look at him before turning back.
No, Colonello realizes, he’s looking at Lal.
“Well,” Sawada puts the paper aside and clasps his hands over his knee. “It appears that there are two curses in play here. The obvious one,” he motions to Colonello’s form, “and a separate curse on Ms Lal.”
“What?” Colonello shivers, puffing up again. Lal’s voice is like ice, the same tone she used on recruits who almost got the unit killed.
“A curse placed on Ms Lal that prevents magical interference. Nothing magical can affect her, and in turn she cannot affect anything that is more mystically inclined. Whoever cursed you either knows you well or has been watching you for a while to know that Ms Lal would be the one you would go to for help,” Sawada says, holding the paper out. Lal snatches it from his hands, reading it over furiously while Colonello settles on her shoulder.
Wait a second, Colonello thinks with a sinking feeling in his gut. “That signature, is that the curse?” he croaks out, looking at the banded lines scrawled on the bottom of the page.
Magical signatures, much like fingerprints, are unique to each magical being. And Colonello unfortunately recognizes this one.
“Yes? There was quite a bit of it on the two of you, the result is much clearer than it would normally be.”
“Crap,” Colonello says, tucking his head underneath a wing. He quickly straightens up when Lal rolls her shoulder, almost dislodging him.
“You recognize this signature,” Lal says, glaring at him.
“Yeah… about that-“
“Colonello!”
“It’s my mom, okay!”
“What?” Lal blinks and he takes the opportunity to settle back on the perch, ignoring how the Vongola watch them with fascinated expressions.
“My mom, she’s a witch,” Colonello explains, and if he could still blush he would definitely be red. “She’s been bugging me about bringing you over for a while and I guess she might have gotten a little impatient.”
“You don’t want me to meet your mother?”
Ack, abort, abort, he thinks as Lal’s face briefly flashes with hurt before fixing into a fearsome glare.
“NO!” The shout turns into a screech that makes everyone wince, except for Lal because she’s wonderful like that. “No, it just never seemed to be the right time, and you literally just agreed to go out with me so-!”
“Where does she live?” Lal has a glint in her eye that spells trouble. Normally, he would find that very hot. Normally, he wasn’t a bird and Lal didn’t look ready to murder him.
“Umm-“
“Here you go!” The Lightning Guardian holds out a slip of paper with a smile. “You had her listed as an emergency contact. We will send you the bill by the end of the week.”
“Huh, hang on, you didn’t even do anything!”
“The treatment fee will be waived, of course, but the consultation fee and the fees for the analysis will need to be paid with in three weeks of receiving the bill,” the Lightning Guardian continues with a smirk, ignoring Colonello’s squawk of protest. “Thank you so much for using our service.”
“You have a damn monopoly in this area, it wasn’t a choice- urk!”
Colonello’s world spins as Lal grabs him and makes for the door. “Thank you, Vongola, I’ll take it from here,” she says before shutting the door behind her.
“Now,” she looks down at Colonello with amusement. “Let’s go meet your mother.”
